The reservation must be accompanied by a written confirmation and the complete data of at least one valid credit card should be provided to the hotel on which is performed a pre-authorization.

Preauthorization is not a purchase. It consists in the verification of the validity of the card and in the resulting temporary block of the amount of the first night (3 days before the arrival date of the client) as a guarantee for the reservation.

If the pre-authorization was not successful, we would have to invalidate the booking. We will contact the Client and inform him.

Guests who want to receive an invoice for their stay are kindly asked to communicate it during the confirmation, as well as to notify promptly the invoice details, otherwise the hotel will create a nominative receipt.

The booking cancellation must be sent to the hotel in a written form, the hotel reserves the right to apply a penalty according to the Cancellation Policy below:

  • Within 3 Days from Check-in date: no penalty
  • In the 3 Days prior to Check-in date: penalty of one night stay
  • In the case of no-show: charge of the full amount of stay

Once check-in is done, changes to the duration of the stay (Example: anticipate the departure date) involve the payment of the entire stay.

In case of theft or damage caused by the customer to the structure during the stay, management reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount.

Rates include bed and breakfast from 07:30 AM to 10:00AM, concierge service.

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM  of the arrival day to 11:00AM of the departure day.

The reception is open 24 hours a day.

Cheques are not accepted.
